To get the answer to the Secret Question, you'll have to crack this Passcode. In the first box below are clues to seven product names and brand names, all at least six letters in length, along with the first letter in the name. All of the products are sold somewhere in Metropolis at Metrotown. In the second box are clues to seven common words, again with the first letters of the words. These fourteen answers form seven pairs of words. You'll know a pair by the fact that the brand name contain all the letters in the other word, plus one. Take these seven extra letters to get a final brand name, which I was surprised to discover is also sold in Metropolis at Metrotown.
